摘要
利用化工过程基本理论知识 ,结合建峰化工总厂原尿素合成塔的设计和运行情况 ,对影响尿素合成塔CO2 转化率的各种因素进行了全面分析 ,指出了原尿素合成塔的不足 ,为提高尿素合成塔CO2 转化率进行装置改造指明方向 。
Using the basic theories of chemical process,this paper incorporates the original design of urea synthesis converter and practical operation of Jianfeng,thoroughly analyzes each factor affecting CO 2 conversion of urea synthesis converter,points out the shortcomings of the original converter,directs the revamp of the converter for the improvement of CO 2 conversion,and provides references for the design of new plant.
