摘要
高校科技创新是国家创新体系的重要组成部分。高校实施科技创新必须大力发展高校科技产业,提高科技创新能力;加大产学研合作力度,实现科技经济一体化;加速高校科技成果产业化,提高科技成果转化率。
The scientific and technical innovation in higher education is an important part of our nation's innovative system. To implement the scientific and technical innovation in higher education, we should make great effort to develop the scientific and technical industry in the higher education, and improve its innovating ability; strengthen the cooperation of production, learning and research , and realize the unification of science , technology and economy; accelerate the industrialization of the achievements in scientific research , and heighten the rate of transformation of scientific research achievements.
