摘要
探讨了机翼结构布局设计知识驱动方法的实现问题。对布局设计的各类知识、求解策略、知识驱动的黑板模型进行了讨论,将它们纳入到一个统一的知识管理和问题求解系统框架中。开发了机翼结构布局智能设计系统原型,并应用于某战斗机机翼结构布局。系统能根据给定的设计要求,形成一个结构布局合理的初始方案。研究表明,开发知识驱动的设计工具,是解决机翼结构布局设计问题的一条可行途径。
The structural layout design of wing must satisfy various requirements and consider manifold qualitative and quantitative factors, where expert's experience, judgment, and heuristic reasoning play important roles. Hence those algorithm-driven methods and tools can not solve the layout design problem effectevely. In this paper the implementation of knowledge-driven technologies for wing structural layout design was studied. The different kinds of knowledge, the solving strategy, as well as the knlwledge-driven blackboard architecture applied in wing structural layout design were discussed, and were incorporated into an uniform framework for knowledge management and solving system. A prototype of intelligent design system was developed for wing structure layant and was applied to the wing strutural layout of a fighter. The prototype produced a reasonably preliminary structural layout scheme according to the design requirements given by user. The study shows that developing knowledge-driven design tools should be a feasible approach to the wing structural layout problem.
