摘要
商标是商品生产者或经营者为了使自己的商品同他人的商品相区别而使用的一种具有显著的标记,这种标记通常用文字或图形单独构成,或是文字、图形共同构成。商标翻译是把商标从一种语言转化成另一种语言,并要保持原有的风格及内涵。
Trade mark is a kind of sign to distinguish the product from other products by manufacturer or dealer. This kind of sign is composed of words or picture or words and picture. Trade mark translation is to change a kind of language into another language while original flavor and connotation should be kept.
