摘要
本文提出一种基于距离变换和非线性规划的三维图像匹配方法,对物体表皮配准进行了深入的研究;它基于一种简便且易于实现的三维距离变换,采用了改进的优化算法,在实际配准搜索中,对优化的方法进行改进,采用搜索终止条件多样化的方法,在原来的基础上,增加几个方向搜索的跨度,即在搜索点集收缩到一点时,在点集维数的各个方向上,按顺序依次逐步增加各个方向的跨度步长,一直寻找到更小的目标函数值,再重复开始新的起点的搜索.实验中,利用该方法对三维图像配准中的噪声干扰、局部配准等方面进行了测试,得到了很好的结果.
This paper presents a new method baaed on the distance transform and non-linear programming in 3D medical image registration, especially in the study of the object skin matching. In comparison with known methods, a simple and realizable 3D-distance transform and optimized algorithm are used. In the realization of actual matching experiments, we use variable ending conditions. When the searching points congregate on one point,we add the spans in all directions respectively in the matching search until a more optimized result is archived.Then the new search continues.The results show that it has important value in noise interference,local registration and so on in 3D-medical image registration.
