摘要
采用特定的正弦信号激励的复阻抗测量电路、移相 90°的同步分离电路 ,消除电容式水分仪中电阻分量Rx 的影响 ,把电容分量Cx 分离出来 ,解决了传统测量方法中电阻信号与电容信号难以分开的难题 ,提高了水分仪的测量精度。试验表明电容与输出频率呈线性关系 ,而电阻与输出频率无关。
Filtrated the resistance signal of capacitance moisture meter and obtained the absolute capacity signal with complex impedance measure circuit and phase shift 90° sync separation circuit.Solved the difficult problem of separating the resistance signal and the capacity signal.Enhanced the measuring accuracy of capacitance meter.Test indicates the linear relationship between the capacitance and the output frequency and irrelevancy between the resistance and output frequency.The real single parameter capacitance meter was made controlled by singlechip.
