摘要
在高压辊磨机实际生产中 ,采用“料饼松散再压”新工艺可以提高破碎概率和细粒级产率 ,进一步降低粉碎比能耗 ,同时还可以解决高压辊磨机细磨时循环负荷过高这一难题。研究表明 ,所有的脆性物料都可以在干磨或湿磨状态下采用高压辊磨机粉碎。与棒磨机和球磨机相比 ,高压辊磨机的比能耗低 ,过粉碎减少 ,节能达2 0 % - 5 0 %。
In high-pressure roll mills,The new technical process of “repressing of dispersed flake' is proposed,in order to increase the crushing probability and fine particles production,reduce the energy consumption and solve the problem of a high recirculating load.Industrial practices from the plants have shown that all brittle materials can be ground with this type of mills in dry or wet operation,and the specific energy consumption,over grinding are less than that of rod milling and ball milling.The energy reduction is up to 20~50 per cent.Moreover,the steel wear can be expected to be less,too.
