摘要
对农业院校食品科学与工程类专业人才培养目标进行了分析和思考。根据应用型人才的培养目标,阐述了技术应用型人才的知识构成和基本能力要求,并从课程体系建设、师资队伍建设、实验条件建设和考核方法等方面提出了实现人才培养目标的对策措施。
The analysis on talents' cultivation objects of Food Science and Engineering Specialty in agricultural colleges was made. According to the cultivation objects of talents with practical abilities, the paper is mainly focused on the requirements of knowledge constitution and basic abilities for the technical personnel. Then, some measures are put forward from the aspects of curricular system construction, teachers' group construction, experimental condition construction, and the checkout methods and so on.
