摘要
为改善银合金饰品材料的抗自然时效软化性能 ,试验研究了含稀土 (钇、铈 )低于 0 .0 5 %的银合金饰品材料 ,测试了银合金的硬度随变形量、温度及时效时间的变化规律 ,并用电子探针对银饰品试样进行扫描分析 ,发现微量稀土能够细化晶粒 ,并以固溶或第二相形式存在 ,有效地延缓银合金材料的回复和再结晶 ,提高了银饰品材料的抗自然时效软化能力。
In order to improve the resistance to aging softening , the silver ornamental materials added RE elements (Y and Ce) less than 0.05wt.%)have been studied. The materials' hardness under the change of deformation degree, temperature and aging time has been tested. We have also analyzed the samples by electron probe,it is found that the rare earth in small amount has remarkably fined the grains of silver alloy.We found that the Ag-alloy,with Ag and Y solid solution,or Ag-alloy with RE compounds has higher resistance to aging softening than pure silver, and is suitable for using as silver ornamental material.
