确定报道对象时要善于从全局的角度,把新闻事实放在应有的背景之下去审视报道对象的新闻价值。在选择写作角度时要善于从最精彩、最新鲜、最形象、最贴近受众、最令人感兴趣的地方写起,展示新闻事实内在的新闻价值。

This article discusses,using the terms of“speculating on the whole”and“writing from a specific perspective,”how to treat the relationship between the target to be reported and the perspective chosen in news writing.It argues that the news value of the target to be reported should be determined overall by viewing facts against related background,while the perspective chosen in wrtting a news item should edit the inherent news value of facts by catching the newest and most wonderful ,vivid,and interesting points.“Speculating on the whole”and“writing from a specific perspective”coexist in the process of news struc-turing and writing.
