摘要
球坑释放法是一种新的测定体表残余应力的方法。它用球形刀具钻小球坑 ,通过电阻应变片的变化 ,测量释放应变 ,然后计算出残余应力。通过一系列实验优先了球坑直径 ,以保证此法具有较高的灵敏度。
In this paper,the spherical pit relaxation method was presented. The basic principle involves drilling a small spherical pit in diameter and equal one radius in depth in the structure, measuring the relaxed strain by electrical-resistance gages and calculating the original residual stresses. The spherical pit diameter was optimized to obtain higher sensitivity. Fatigue life of the spcimens with the pit was compared with the blind hole.
