摘要
回顾住宅产业近年来的发展历程 ,从目前存在的问题及我国住宅发展的趋势等角度入手 ,着重分析未来住宅发展要走可持续发展的道路 ,要与国际文明居住标准相协调 。
Based on the analysis of three resident industry, recent situation problems existing and development trend in our country, this paper mainly discusses sustainable development of future resident, points out future resident should satisfy international civilized resident criterion and should prefer to develop ecological residents.
