摘要
高校引进高水平人才,必须从学校发展和学科建设的高度出发,建立吸引和稳定人才的机制,加大投入力度,更新用人观念,营造良好的拴人、留人环境,同时要注意严格考核,保证进人质量,把握好人才的年龄结构,正确处理好引进与培养的关系,以推进高校师资队伍建设。
To recommend the talents of higher level, the colleges and universities must start with the college development and subject construction to establish the mechanism of attracting and reassuring the talents, increase the investment, renew the idea of personnel placement, and create the excellent environment for their remaining. Meanwhile, the strict checkout must be carried on to ensure the quality of the recommended talents and their age construction. Also, the relationship between the recommendation and the cultivation must be dealt properly to promote the teachers' group construction in colleges and universities.
