关于提升工会干部自身素质的思考

Thoughts on Quality Improvement of Cadres Working in Labor Union

论述了新形势下工会干部更需注重和加快提升自身综合素质,包括政治、品德、文化、能力以及心理等素质。同时提出应从加强学习、加强实践锻炼和注重自身修养三方面来实现。

The comprehensive qualities including political, moral, cultural, ability and psychological quality and so on should be paid special attention to so as to quicken the improvement for the cadres working in the labor union. Meanwhile, it can be realized from the following three aspects, that is, strengthening learning,strengthening practical training and laying stress on one's accomplishment in self-cultivation.
