The industrialization of Penjing accords with the urban agriculture development and Tianjin is also a big potential market for Penjing consumption. There are both enough labor forces and large material resources for Penjing industry in Tianjin, so there is a bright future for the development. The Penjing teaching must be based on servicing urban agriculture and take part in the Penjing industrialization process, so as to offer scientific achievements and qualified talents for the urban agriculture and the industrialization process of penjing .
