对背离立党为公执政为民要求的思考

“三个代表”的本质是立党为公、执政为民。对此 ,不能只停留在对其重要性、必要性、伟大意义等浅层面的宣传上 ,而应该从现实针对性上作深入的理解和研究。现实中人民群众从内心真正担忧的、关系党和国家命运的根本问题是 ,有些党员干部特别是领导干部 ,不遵循“三个代表”的思想 ,背离立党为公、执政为民的要求。本文主要从实现立党为公、执政为民的可能性、现实性以及产生差距的原因与解决问题的对策等方面 。

The essence of“Three Represents”thoughts lies on organizing the party for the state,and governing the country for the public.The propaganda can't just be the importance,necessity and greatness of the party,however it is essential to perform more actual and direct research.What common people really concern about in reality is the issue related to the desatiny of the party and state.For instance,some party members,especially some government officials in leading positions don't comply with“Three Represents”and deviate from the requirement of organizing the party for the state,and governing the country for the public.This thesis directly analyzes the possibility and reality for organizing the party for the state,and governing the country for the public,the reasons for disparities,the solutions and etc.
