摘要
如何在扩招背景下找到作好学生工作的有效途径 ,是摆在学生工作者面前的一道难题。经过近几年的探索 ,觉得采用整体导向和个体引导相结合的办法比较有效 ,即以党建为龙头 ,实施榜样教育 ;以专业为依托 ,实施创造教育 ;以就业为导向 ,实施忧患教育 ;以沟通为手段 。
