摘要
随着我国高等教育事业的发展 ,我国高校教师队伍建设也面临着新的形势和任务 ,但由于历史和现实因素的影响 ,我国的高校教师队伍建设还存在着诸多问题 ,对此 ,要从制度建设入手 ,加快高校教师队伍改革 。
With the development of high education in our country,we are confronted with new situation and missons in the construction of teachers in institutions of higher learning.We still have many prodlems in this construction on account of history and realities of the day.To promote the development of our higher education,we should,beginning from the system construction,speed up the construction of teachers of higher learning.
