摘要
当前我国国有企业人力资源管理受传统体制的影响 ,在资源配置、管理职能及开发利用等方面还存在诸多管理误区 ,这已成为制约我国国有企业发展的瓶颈。如何彻底改变计划经济体制遗留下来的消极人力资源管理的被动状态 ,进一步吸引人才、培养人才和科学使用人才 ,已成为国有企业能否生存和发展的关键。本文分析了当前国有企业人力资源管理存在的主要问题 。
At present, as human resource management in state-owned enterprises in out country has been influenced by tratitional system,there still exists mismanagement in resource disposal,managing function,exploitation and utilization,which has become a bottleneck restricting the development of our state-owned enterprises.In this paper,it analyses the major problems in human resource management in state_owned enterprises and puts forward some countermeasures accordingly.
