Jiao Hong was a brilliant scholar and also a great master of Taizhou School. He advocated rigorous administration of the nation and strict self-cultivation of the individuals, institutional reform and corruption abolishment, integration of punishment with law and rituals, benefiting people by facilitating trade, sensible financing, and talents recruitment, which reflect the political achievements of Taizhou School.
