As to the Communist Party of former Soviet Union and the Communist Party of China, the understanding of the party-government relation,as well as the exploration and practice of the ruling style of Communist Party,have gone through a long-term historical process.Over the past decades,both parties have undergone difficult and arduous times,have accumulated valuable experiences,likewise have paid enormous costs and left burdensome historical lessons.The re- form of party-government relation is now becoming the focal point and keystone of the political reform of contemporary China.Therewith such issue,Deng Xiao-ping has left us invaluable thought.
