论古典时期雅典管理公共文化活动的得与失

On the Gain omd Loss of Manageing Public and Cultural Events in Classical Athens

通过分析古典时期雅典管理公共文化活动的得与失,考察了公共文化活动对于雅典的重要意义,以及雅典政府的管理特点。同时从公职人员的执政素质、妇女的活动空间等方面对管理过程中的弊端加以简略分析。本文认为雅典基本上实现了对公共文化活动的有效管理,而且这种管理活动是带有宗教色彩、遵循法律、道德准则的管理。

The article aims to explore how classical Athens realized effective management,and to study the positive influence and shortcomings of managing public and cultural erents.Effective management on one hand intensified the degree of citizens' belonging and satisfaction to Athens.On the other hand,Athens widened its influence all around Greece through cultural exchange.However,there also were shortcomings in the managerial practice.For example,public staff did not have high-level managerial ability,and limited of activities was supplied for women...Since it was so,Athenian government did realize effective management to public and cultural events.And this management was followed by legal and moral discipline,accompanied with religious colors.
