摘要
航空工业是我国的战略性产业,产品生产跨及军民品两列,运行机制凸显计划与市场的互动。本文通过实地考察,对地处江西省内的洪都航空股份公司的股票发行、上市以及上市后的资本运营,作了较为详尽的分析与评价,并在深受启发的基础上提出若干建议,以供参考。
Aviation industry has strategic status in our county. It involves military and civil production. Its moving mechanism focuses on interaction of plan and market. This paper analyses the stock issue and going public as well as capital operation of Hongdu Aviation Industry Co., Ltd which is in Jiangxi province. We put forward some suggestion on the basis of enlightenment for reference only.
