摘要
现代企业管理具有创新、计划、组织、激励、控制和信息沟通等六个重要职能。控制是其中的基本职能之一。为了保证计划的完成,发展企业经营,避免各种不必要的损失,这就需要对企业内部的各项工作实施有效的管理控制。
Enterprise management has six important functions, namely innovating, planning, organizing, encouraging, controlling and information sharing, and controlling is one of the basic functions. In order to guarantee the completion of plan, to develop the running of enterprise, and to avoid various kinds of unnecessary losses, it is essential to implement effective management on the enterprise control inside.
