The Diversity of Political Civilization

政治文明的多样性是政治文明的基本特征,也是政治文明的基本存在方式和发展的基本动力。然而,在人类政治文明发展史上,总有那么一些人无视政治文明多样性的事实,试图用某种政治制度模式去统一和规范世界,从而给政治文明的正常发展造成了诸多不利的影响。因此,阐明政治文明的多样性特征,倡导"和而不同"的政治文明观,推进政治文明的多样化发展,就成为摆在当今各国政治家和理论家面前的重要课题。

Diversity of political civilization is its basic character, existing mode and motivity. But in the history of political civilization, some persons defied the fact and tried to use some political system to unify the world, and so affected the development of political civilization. Under the condition of economic globalization, to illuminate diversity of political civilization and propel the diversification of political civilization is of great significance.
