列宁是社会主义建设事业的开创者,他关于社会主义文化建设的思想不仅阐明了进行文化建设的重大意义,也提出了如何搞好文化建设的基本要求。这些思想反映了经济文化落后国家进行社会主义建设的一般规律,对当前我国开展具有中国特色的社会主义文化建设仍具的重要指导意义。

Lenin was the inaugurator of socialist construction. He did not only expound the significance of cultural construction but also carried out the basic request to do well in cultural construction. These thoughts reflect the general law about how to construct socialism in the economy-and-culture-backward countries, and have important guiding significance for us to construct socialism with China characteristics.
