本文从投资、建设、经营等方面深入分析了建国以来我国城市基础设施产业运营管理模式的变迁 ,并结合现阶段城市基础设施产业发展和市场化改革的实际 。

This paper analyzes the development of the mode of management and operation of China's urban infrastructure since its establishment, on aspects of investment, construction and operation. With the study on the development of current urban infrastructure industry and the situation of the market economy revolution, the paper gives the characters and the tendency of the industrialization development of the management and operation for the urban infrastructure.
