政府诚信在完善社会信用体系中具有示范和带动效应 ,是社会诚信的核心。现代社会生活中 ,某些政府失信事件成为政府失信于民的潜在因素 ,使政府在社会公众中的诚信形象受到一定程度的影响。人民政府理应秉承“诚信为本、操守为重”的准则 ,增强和改善政府诚信的品质与形象 ,成为社会诚信的典范 ,取信于民。

The government credit is the hard corn and plays a critical role in social credit system. It sets a good sample of how to construct and improve the social credit system. However, it's not hard to find, in the modern market-oriented economy, that the governments often break their rules and words and induces bad influence on their public images. Accordingly, this article demonstrates the necessity of remolding the government credit right now and analyzes the evidence to prove the government which now have deficiency in credit and points out the reason. The most above all, the author draws a conclusion about the best choice to remold the image and model of the modern government credit.
