完善我国农村水权法律制度研究

Research on the Perfection of the Law of Rural Water Right in China

近几年 ,我国对于水权理论的探讨逐步深入 ,但对农村相关水权法律制度的重视不够。本文提出农村水权法律问题的重要意义 。

This article shows that the water right system in the country should be established by law and policy, especially the water right of the western region farmers'. Water resources property right and usage right, and the trade market of water right are discussed in this article.
