脊髓损伤与自身免疫神经保护动物模型的建立

摘要 目的:探讨大鼠脊髓损伤时,应用髓鞘碱性蛋白主动免疫的方法,为自身免疫神经保护的研究提供资料。方法:用不完全福式佐剂或完全福式佐剂乳化的髓鞘碱性蛋白、全脊髓匀浆、卵白蛋白分别免疫SD大鼠或Wister大鼠,一周后制作脊髓损伤模型,每周进行一次行为学检查。结果:用髓鞘碱性蛋白、全脊髓匀浆免疫鼠神经功能恢复明显优于卵白蛋白免疫鼠,统计分析差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:不同抗原、佐剂成分及大鼠品系等均会影响免疫效果,髓鞘碱性蛋白主动免疫对大鼠脊髓损伤可产生神经保护作用。
