基质金属蛋白酶与神经系统疾病 被引量：1

摘要 基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinases,MMPs)属Zn2+依赖的中性蛋白酶,与分离整和素金属蛋白酶(a disintegrin and metalloproteinase,ADAMs),分离整和素金属蛋白酶血栓收缩蛋白(a disintegrin and metalloproteinase thrombospondin,ADAMTs)共同组成金属蛋白酶(metalloproteinases,MPs)超家族.MMPs既参与正常生理过程如伤口愈合、妊娠分娩等,也参与病理损伤过程如恶性肿瘤细胞扩散、风湿性关节炎、动脉粥样硬化和神经系统炎症反应等.它在中枢神经系统(central nervous system,CNS)疾病的炎症反应中有很强的破坏作用,通过攻击脑血管的基底膜和破坏血-脑屏障(blood-brain barrier,BBB),导致脑出血和脑水肿,并对神经元有不同程度的毒性作用.
