房地产行业人力资源管理探析 被引量：9

摘要 房地产行业企业的人力资源管理越来越受到理论界和实务界的关注。根据企业人力资源管理的诸多方面对房地产行业提出从员工招聘、培训、薪酬设计、绩效考核及员工职业生涯设计的“以人为本”的管理理念。
