采掘计划的完成,直接影响矿山企业经济效益的好坏,直接影响到矿山企业是否能够持续、稳定均衡地发展和确保生产的良性循环。本文介绍了完成采掘计划的几点意见,可供从事矿山计划管理及现场管理人员等参考。
The fulfilment of excavation plan affects directly enterprise economic benefit and whether mine can develop continuously and stably, and the circulation of production. This paper introduced several views of fulfilli-ng excavation plan, which can be a reference for mine plan and field management people.
