我国技术引进与外商直接投资背离的分析

An Analysis on the Deviation of Technology Import and FDI in China

一般而言,技术引进和外商直接投资两者应存在正相关关系,但我国外商直接投资对我国技术引进偏相关系数并不显著。原因在于外资主要来源是东亚区域内的港、台,而技术则主要来源于欧美。此外技术引进与外商投资两者服从不同主体控制,有着不同的目的,所以技术引进与外商投资出现一定程度的背离。要解决这一问题,首先在引进港台资本的同时要提高对其技术的先进性要求,其次利用市场的开放加大对欧美的外资引入,以逐步减轻技术来源和外资来源相背离的情况。

Generally speaking, there exists positive correlation between technology importing and FDI. But things are different in China - it presents deviation . The first reason is different source of the two things. Other main reasons include different dominant or different purpose. To solve this problem, we should not only improve the criteria of technology importing from southeast Asia,but also accelerate FDI from USA and EU. In addition, we should look for more sources of technology importing and FDI.
