经皮血管内介入治疗并发症原因分析(附典型病例4例)

Analysis of the causes of complications in percutaneous transcatheter vascular interventional treatment(report of 4 typical cases)

目的 :探讨经皮血管内介入治疗并发症的发生原因及预防措施。方法 :回顾性分析了 913次介入治疗中或治疗后发生的并发症 3 4例。结果 :皮肤损伤 6例 ,脊髓和神经根损伤 5例 ;对比剂过敏反应 3例 ,动脉夹层损伤 4例 ,导管打结和尖端断裂各 1例 ;异位栓塞 2例 ,脑血栓形成 1例 ,穿刺部位血肿 11例。结论

Objective:To study the causes and prevention of the complications of vascular interventional treatment.Methods:34 cases of complications during or after 913 times of interventional treatment procedures were analysed retrospectively. Results:The complications included:skin damaging 6 cases,spinal cord and nerve root injury 5,adverse reactions to contrast media 3,artery dissection 4,tying of the catheter 1,rupture of the catheter tip 1,cerebral thrombosis 1 and puncture site haematoma 11 cases.Conclusion:To operate formally and responsibly are most important to prevent the complications.
