氟康唑单剂与双剂治疗严重外阴阴道念珠菌病的比较

Comparison between single-dose and double-dose fluconazole in the treatment of severe vulvovaginal candidiasis

目的 : 探索氟康唑双剂疗法治疗严重外阴阴道念珠菌病的可行性与优越性。方法 : 将符合入选标准的 30 5例外阴阴道念珠菌病的患者随机分为两组。分别采用氟康唑 15 0mg单剂与双剂间隔 3天疗法比较其疗效。结果 : 氟康唑双剂治疗组的临床治愈率明显高于单剂治疗组 ,具有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。真菌学清除率也维持在较高水平。治疗耐受性好且无严重不良反应发生。结论

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of single-dose and double-dose fluconazole in the treatment of severe vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC). Methods: Either 150 mg single-dose fluconazole or 150 mg double-dose in an interval of 3 days were administrated to the patients with severe VVC. The clinical and mycological effectiveness was assessed at day 7 and 28. Results: Three hundred and five patients were selected and divided into two therapeutic groups. The most of isolates were Candida albicans (87.2%). The clinical cure rate of fluconazole in double-dose group was higher than that in single-dose group, with a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The clearance rate of fungi is comparatively high. No serious side reaction was found in all patients. Conclusion: The results suggest that double-dose fluconazole is a safe and effective regimen in the treatment of severe VVC.
