Clinical and pathological analyses of six patients with nevus lipomatosus superficialis

目的 : 介绍不同部位、不同发病年龄的浅表脂肪瘤样痣患者的临床及病理学特点。方法 : 回顾 6例患者的病史及临床、病理资料。结果 : 经病理学证实 6例患者均为多发型浅表脂肪瘤样痣。手术切除皮损后 ,均取得了满意的效果。结论 : 多发型浅表脂肪瘤样痣可发生在 30岁之前 ,臀部、骨盆及其他部位 ,躯体的单侧或双侧 ;

Objective: To describe the clinical and pathological characteristics of 6 patients with nevus lipomatosus superficialis. Methods: The history and clinical data of 6 patients with nevus lipomatosus superficialis were reviewed. Results: All the lesions of the six patients with multiple nevus lipomatosus superficialis were confirmed by pathology. Satisfactory results were obtained after surgical resection in all cases. Conclusion: Besides on the buttock and pelvic sites, multiple nevus lipomatosus superficialis may occur on other areas of the body unilaterally or bilaterally before the third decades of life. Sometimes, it may accompany a mass under the lesion.
