经皮射频联合瘤内无水酒精注射治疗肝癌的配合及护理探讨

Cooperation and nursing study on liver cancer treatment by inner-neoplasitc dehydrated alcohol injection combined with radio frequency through skin

目的探讨经皮射频联合瘤内无水酒精注射治疗肝癌的术中配合及术后护理措施。方法对 1 6例原发性肝癌患者进行B超引导下经皮射频联合瘤内无水酒精注射治疗 ,术前着重做好心理护理 ,物品及环境的准备 ,术中妥善固定体位 ,准确调节射频治疗参数 ,术后密切监测生命体征和腹部体征变化及给予相应的护理措施 ,并定期随访。结果肿瘤消失或缩小者 1 4例 (87 5 % ) ,甲胎蛋白转阴或明显下降者 1 2例 (92 3% 1 2 / 1 3)。结论护士熟悉治疗过程 ,掌握术中配合操作步骤及术后护理要点 ,及时防治并发症 。

Objective To study the cooperation and nursing measures for patients with liver cancer treated by inner-neoplastic injection of dehydrated alcohol combined with radio frequency through skin. Methods Guided by B type ultrasonic device, 18 patients with original liver cancer were selected and treated by inner-tumour injection of dehydrated alcohol combined with radio frequency through skin. Preoperative psychological nursing, materials and environmental preparation, fixing position and parameter for radio frequency were selected. Close monitoring life indicator and abdominal indicator were observed after operation, follow up were conducted . Results The tumor disappear or shrink were found in 14 patients ( 87.5%). Negative on alphafetoprotein test or remarkable decreasing were found in 12 patients. (92.3%). Conclusions For success treatment, improving life quality and preventing complication, It's important for nurses to understand the treatment procedure, practice step during operation and key point for post operative nursing.
