正常分娩临床护理路径的应用及效果评价

The application and effectiveness evaluation on the clinical nursing path for normal delivery

目的探讨正常分娩临床护理路径在临床护理中的应用效果。方法分别对正常分娩的初产妇进行临床护理路径的对比研究。结果实验组产妇的平均住院日和平均住院费用低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;健康知识掌握程度和产妇满意度高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论按正常分娩临床护理路径实施诊疗、护理及自我康复 ,可以减少住院时间 ,降低住院费用 ,提高健康教育的效果和产妇的满意度 。

Objective To explore the result of application of the clinical nursing path on normal-delivery woman. Methods A comparative study on the clinical nursing path in the first lying in woman group. Results The average level of length stay and total expense of experimental group were lower ( P <0.05). and got more health knowledge. The satisfaction rate is higher than that of control group ( P <0.01). Conclusions Using clinical nursing path, we can decrease cost, shorten the patients 'time. Improving the effect of health education and higher patient satisfaction scores do well in the rehabilitation of lying in women.
