冠心病心绞痛专科单元护理效果观察

Observation over specialty unit nursing about coronary heart disease(CHD) angina

目的 :探讨冠心病心绞痛护理的效果。方法 :随机将 12 0例患者分为两组。专科单元护理组 6 0例 ,常规护理组 6 0例。结果 :专科单元护理组显效 2 6例 (4 3 3% ) ,改善 2 8例 (4 6 7% ) ,基本无效 6例 (10 % ) ,总有效率为 90 %。常规护理组显效 14例 (2 3 3% ) ,改善 2 7例 (4 5 % ) ,基本无效 19例 (31 7% ) ,总有效率为 6 8 3%。两组疗效差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :专科单元护理对改善冠心病。

Objective:To explore for nursing effect about CHD angina.Method:120 cases had been divided into specialty unit nursing group(60) and control(60).Result:In specialty unit group.Common effective ratio 90%,effective 43.3%,improved 46.7%,unchanged 10%;In control(routinal nursing group):Common effective ratio 68.3%.There is significant difference in therapeutic result and economics.Conclusion:Specialty unit nursing can improve CHD angina symptoms.
