肝内胆管结石的CT诊断及与超声对照分析

CT Diagnosis and comparative analysis with ultrasonography

目的 探讨肝内胆管结石的CT表现及诊断价值。方法 对82例肝内胆管结石的CT征象进行分析,并与超声对照。结果(1)CT诊断肝内胆管结石的准确率达98.8%;(2)因结石的密度不同可分为4类,即高密度、软组织密度、低密度和混杂密度结石;(3)肝内胆管扩张以局限性柱状或/和囊状扩张为特征;(4)CT可准确显示和诊断其合并症。结论 CT是肝内胆管结石的有效诊断手段,其诊断准确性特别是对其合并症的诊断优于超声。

Objective To compare the value of CT with ultrasonog-raphy in the diagnosis of intrahepatic cholangiolithiasis. Methods The CT findings of 82 cases of intrahepatic cholangiolithiasiswere retrospectively analyzed and the diagnostic efficiency of CTwas compared with that of ultrasonography. Results (1)Thecorrect diagnostic rate of CT for intrahepatic cholangiolithiasiswas 98.8%. (2)The intrahepatic bile stones were classified into 4kinds according to their density.They are high density,soft tissuedensity,low density and mixed density stones.(3)The dilated in-trahepatic ducts were column-like or cystic in shape.(4) CTcould correctly demonstrate the complications of intrahepaticcholangiolithiasis. Conclusion CT is amore efficient procedurethan ultrasonography in the diagnosis of intrahepaticcholangiolithiasis especially in the demonstration of the compli-cations of the disease.[
