摘要
目的 :探讨快速稳态横向扰相梯度回波螺旋采集 (SpiralSPGR)结合双翻转恢复脉冲快速自旋回波 (Double IRFSE)序列在主动脉夹层病变成像中的应用。方法 :3 0例主动脉夹层运用自旋回波 (SE)、Double IRFSE、梯度回波(GRE)及SpiralSPGR序列进行扫描 ,将各种方法扫描的显示效果及图像质量进行对比分析。 结果 :Double IRFSE与spiralSPGR相结合对主动脉夹层的破口位置 ,累及范围 ,内膜片及附壁血栓的显示均优于传统的SE与GRE序列 ,且图像质量亦得到明显改善 ,而在真假腔的显示上两者相近。结论 :对于主动脉夹层病变的显示 ,Double IRFSE结合SpiralSPGR序列对主动脉夹层病变的显示更直观和可靠 。
Objective:To discuss the clinical application of fast spoiled gradient recalled echo sequence with spiral acquisition (spiral SPGR) combined with a sequence of Double IR FSE in evaluation of dissection of aorta.Methods:Spin echo (SE),Double IR FSE,GRE and spiral SPGR sequences were performed in 30 patients with dissection of aorta.The imaging findings and image quality of each sequence were compared and analyzed.Results:Double IR FSE combined with spiral SPGR was superior to conventional SE and GRE sequences in showing the rupture site,the extent,the intimal flap and the mural clot of dissection of aorta,as well as in improving the image quality.But there was no remarkable difference in displaying the true and false lumen between two groups.Conclusion:To manifest the dissection of aorta,Double IR FSE combined with spiral SPGR sequence is more direct and reliable than conventional SE and GRE sequences.It is a valuable supplement or alternative method in aorta imaging.
