玉竹、菟丝子提取物对小鼠血清集落刺激因子的影响 被引量:16

摘要 用~2H—TdR掺入法和经典的琼脂集落培养法比较观察条件培养液(CM)中集落刺激因子(CSF)的活性,结果两法显著相关。玉竹、菟丝子提取物腹腔注射后小鼠血清CSF水平明显提高,6及24小时达高峰,24及48小时恢复正常,有明显的量效关系,在诱生GSF的同时也诱生集落抑制因子(CIF),有些对热敏感,他们参与机体的免疫及造血调节。 The activity of colony stimulating factor (CSF) in the conditioned medium (CM) was studied with combination method of ~3H-TdR incorporation assay and classic agar colony assay. These two assays were demon strated to be significant relation- ship. The mice were administered with extracts from polygoratum odoratum and cuscuta australis. The results showed a significant elevation of CSF in the serum and reaching the top at 6th or 24th h respectively and returning to normal by 24th and 48th h. There is a significant dose-respons relationship. The CSF was induced with accompanist of formation of colony inhibiting factor (CIF), some of which were heat sensitive factors. They acceded to a regulation of hemopoiesis and immumity.
