摘要
目的 优选辣椒的工业化提取工艺。方法 采用正交设计 L9(34 )法 ,以辣椒素的含量为考察指标。结果 最佳提取工艺为药材粗粉加 2 0倍量 95 %乙醇 ,回流提取 1h,共提取 2次。
Objective To optimize the industrialized extraction process of Fructus Capsici.Method Orthogonal design L 9(3 4) was used to study the best extraction condition with the content of capsaicin as index.Result The optimum extraction condition was as follows: coarse powder, 95 percent ethanol, refuxing and extracting for 2 times, 1 for every turn, 20 folds of 95 % ethanol.Conclusion The optimum technology condition is reasonable for industrialized extraction.
