摘要 目的 探讨血清ICAM 1(CD5 4)含量和外周血CD4+ ,CD8+ 细胞及淋巴细胞表面CD5 4表达变化及其在NZB/NZWF1小鼠狼疮样改变中的发病学意义。方法 对雌、雄NZB /NZWF1小鼠进行了 3月龄至 4.5月龄血清ICAM 1(CD5 4)含量和外周血CD4+ ,CD8+ 细胞、淋巴细胞表面CD5 4表达变化及肾小球病理改变的动态观察。结果 雌雄性小鼠间存在着免疫学异常的差异 ,随月龄增加而明显。雌性小鼠外周血CD4+ ,CD8+ 细胞随着月龄增加分别呈减少和略增趋势 ,血清中ICAM 1含量升高和外周血淋巴细胞CD5 4呈高表达 ,肾小球萎缩、面积减少等病理改变明显 ;而雄性小鼠无明显变化。结论 NZB/NZWF1小鼠外周血CD4+ ,CD8+ 细胞的变化和血清ICAM 1含量增高及淋巴细胞表面CD5 4的高表达与狼疮样发病有关。 Objective To study the content change of ICAM-1 (CD54) and the expression changes of CD_4 + and CD_8 + cell as well as CD54 of lymphocyte surface in peripheral blood of NZB/NZW F1 mice,and their pathogenetic significance to lupus-like change.Methods To observe the content change of ICAM-1 and the expression changes of CD_4 + and CD_8 + cell as well as CD54 of lymphocyte surface in peripheral blood,the pathological change of glomerulus in the three-month to four point five-month male and female NZB/NZW F1 mice.Results There were differences of immune abnormality between the male and female mice,and the differences became apparent with the increase of the mice age.In female mice,with the increase of mice age,there were decrease and a little increase trend in the content of CD_4 + and CD_8 + cell respectively,the content of ICAM-1 increased and the expression of CD54 of lymphocyte surface was high,as well as some pathological changes such as glomerulus atrophy and the decrease of its area were apparent.But the changes were not obvious in male mice.Conclusion The expression changes of CD_4 + and CD_8 + cell,the content increase of ICAM-1,and the high expression of CD54 of lymphocyte surface are related with pathological changes of lupus in NZB/NZW F1 mice.
