着色真菌病中色素沉着的病理意义

The Pathologic Significance of Pigment Depositing on Chromomycosis

目的 探讨着色真菌病组织病理中色素沉着的意义。方法 取 3 5例着色真菌病 ,与临床和病理均相近的孢子丝菌病 2 6例、皮肤结核 14例对比分析。结果 着色真菌病组织病理的色素沉着与孢子丝菌病和皮肤结核的比较 ,差异均有显著性 (P均 <0 .0 0 5 )。结论 色素沉着对诊断着色真菌病有一定的意义 ,其原因可能与经皮排出现象有关。

Objective To explore the pathologic mechanism of pigment depositing on chromomycosis.Methods On condition of random sampling,35 pathologic sections of chromomycosis were compared with 26 cases of sporotrichosis and 14 cases of tuberculosis cutis,which were similar in clinical manifestation and pathology.Results The occurrence rate of pigment depositing of chromomycosis was higher than that of sporotrichosis and tuberculosis cutis( P <0.005).Conclusion There is value for pigment depositing to diagnose chromomycosis.Its mechanism is associated with the phenomenom of fungi discharging through skin probably.
