高能脉冲激光治疗色素痣273例临床分析

Reports of 473 cases of pigmental nevus treatment with laser

目的: 总结高能脉冲激光治疗色素痣的临床体会。方法: 273例患者,选择直径≤2mm的色素痣,采用激光烧灼治疗,观察去除效果,有无瘢痕形成、术后复发等情况。结果: 经3～6个月随访,除1次性未能灼烧干净(占23.5%)、有一定的复发率(占7.3%)外,局部外观平整,颜色正常,与周围皮肤无差别。结论:该方法操作简便,效果可靠。
