GMD远移磨牙的临床研究

The clinical application of green field molar distalization(GMD)

目的:观察GMD矫治器在治疗安氏Ⅱ类牙源性错牙合畸形时,推磨牙向远中的疗效。方法:20例安氏Ⅱ类牙源性错牙合畸形的非拔牙病例,用GMD矫治器颊舌侧同时推双侧磨牙向远中,力值各约0.03kg,以Nance腭托和前牙作为支抗,采用模型测量、头影测量分析观察其疗效。结果:20例患者运用GMD矫治器治疗后,均获得了所需间隙,平均疗程4.3个月,其中最大间隙8.5mm,最小4mm,平均约5.8mm(P<0.001)。矫治前后第一磨牙和第一前磨牙倾斜变化不大(P>0.05),而切牙出现唇倾,平均3.2°(P<0.05)。结论:GMD技术能够快速、有效地推上颌磨牙向远中,移动方式基本上为整体移动。
