摘要 目的:观察GMD矫治器在治疗安氏Ⅱ类牙源性错牙合畸形时,推磨牙向远中的疗效。方法:20例安氏Ⅱ类牙源性错牙合畸形的非拔牙病例,用GMD矫治器颊舌侧同时推双侧磨牙向远中,力值各约0.03kg,以Nance腭托和前牙作为支抗,采用模型测量、头影测量分析观察其疗效。结果:20例患者运用GMD矫治器治疗后,均获得了所需间隙,平均疗程4.3个月,其中最大间隙8.5mm,最小4mm,平均约5.8mm(P<0.001)。矫治前后第一磨牙和第一前磨牙倾斜变化不大(P>0.05),而切牙出现唇倾,平均3.2°(P<0.05)。结论:GMD技术能够快速、有效地推上颌磨牙向远中,移动方式基本上为整体移动。 Objective To obs erve the clinical effect of Green field Molar Dis taliz ation(GMD)appliance on clas sⅡmalocclus ion treatment.Metho ds The clinical effect of both s ides maxillary molars dis taliz ation of twenty nonex-traction cas es was obs erved by model and cephalometric meas urement before and after treatment by GMD appli-ance(force0.03kg).A Ni-Ti coil s pring was us ed and0.03kg dis tal force was applied.The anchorag e unit was a Nance button and incis ors.Res ults All cas es molars were dis taliz ed s ucces s fully.The duration of treatment was4.3months on averag e.The dis tance of molar dis taliz ation was5.8mm on averag e.Mes ial tipping of the firs t premolars and dis tal tipping of the firs t molars was not s ig nificant(P>0.05),while the protrus ion of incis ors was3.8deg rees on averag e(P<0.05).Co nclus io n GMD technique could bodily dis taliz e maxillary molars quickly and effectively.
