摘要
目的 评价准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (laserinsitukeratomileusis,LASIK)矫治儿童高度近视性屈光参差的安全性、有效性、可预测性和稳定性。方法 使用Summit公司的SVSApexPlus准分子激光系统及Moria公司的板层刀 ,对 2 5例患儿( 7~ 15岁 ) 2 5只高度近视性屈光参差眼行LASIK手术 ,术后托百士、艾氟龙眼液点眼。随访时间不少于 12个月。结果 术前球镜均值 :( -9 3 1± 3 3 3 )D ,-4 5 0~ -17 2 5D ,柱镜均值 :( -1 3 5± 0 47)D ,-1 2 5~ -2 5 0D。裸眼远视力均值 :( 0 0 8± 0 0 4)D ,0 0 4~ 0 1D ,矫正远视力均值 :( 0 46± 0 3 1)D ,0 1~ 1 0D。术后 12月球镜均值 :( -1 11± 1 17)D ,+0 5 0~ -3 2 5D ,柱镜均值 :( -0 10± 0 14 )D ,+0 2 5~ -1 2 5D。裸眼远视力均值 :( 0 5 7± 0 41)D ,0 2~ 1 0D ,矫正远视力均值 :( 0 69± 0 40 )D ,0 3~1 2D。结论 LASIK矫治儿童高度近视性屈光参差是安全、有效的 ,且可预测性及稳定性均较好。
Objective To evaluate the safety, efficacy, predictability, and stability of excimer laser in situ keratomeleusis (LASIK) for anisometropia of high myopia in children. Methods LASIK was performed in 25 eyes of 25 patients (15 boys and 10 girls, age ranged from 7 to 15 years old) with high anisometropia. The follow up time was at least 12 months. Results The mean of the preoperative spherical refraction, the mean of the preoperative cylindrical refraction, the mean of the preoperative uncorrected visual acuity, and the mean of the preoperative corrected visual acuity were (-9.31±3.33) D and (-4.50 - -17.25) D, (-1.35±0.47) D and (-1.25 - -4.50) D, (0.08±0.04) and (0.04-0.1), and (0.46±0.31) and (0.1-1.0), respectively. At 12 months after surgery, the mean of the spherical refraction, the mean of the cylindrical refraction, the mean of the uncorrected visual acuity, and the mean of the best corrected vision acuity were (-1.11±1.17) D and (+0.50 - -3.25) D, (-0.10±0.14) D and (+0.25 - -1.25) D, (0.57±0.41) and (0.2-1.0), and (0.69±0.40) and (0.3-1.2) D, respectively. Conclusion The technology of LASIK for anisometropia of children with high myopia is safe, effective, predictable, and stable. LASIK is an effective option for correction of anisometropia when conventional therapies are not adaptable.
