摘要 目的 探索视神经急性损伤后LongEvans大鼠闪光视觉诱发电位 (F VEP)。方法 使用AVE80 0 0自动视觉电生理系统 ,检测正常及视神经急性损伤后LongEvans大鼠F VEP。结果 测出了正常LongEvans大鼠F VEP潜伏时和振幅值 ;检测了视神经急性不完全损伤后F VEP ,其特点为潜伏时延迟 ,振幅值降低 ,与正常相比有显著性差异 ;视神经横断后F VEP波形呈熄灭型。结论 LongEvans鼠视神经损伤模型可用于观察视神经保护效应的研究 ,F Objective To investigate the changes of the flash visual evoked potential (F VEP) in Long Evans rats after acute optic nerve injury. Methods Changes of F VEP in normal Long Evans rats and those after acute optic nerve injury were detected using AVE8000 automatic visual electric physiological system. Results Compared with that of the normal rats, the latency of F VEP in optic nerve crushed rats increased significantly, but the amplitude of F VEP decreased significantly. “Silent pattern” waveform of F VEP was found in optic nerve transected Long Evans rats. Conclusion The model of Long Evans rats with optic nerve injury can be used for the investigation of the neuroprotective effect of optic nerves. Detection of the changes of F VEP is an objective, reliable, and effective method for the examination of optic nerve functions.
